Rapid and highly sensitive analysis platform is critical for sample analysis and detection. We use nanostructured silicon (nSi) surface as matrix-free mass spectrometry target substrate analysis various molecules including protein, peptides, and abused drug. We develop the nanofabrication process fabricating the nSi platform and integrating with other analytical technologies for poin-of-care-testing purpose.
